What Our Learners Say About Us

" I have learned so much from the programmes. I would advise everyone to take them, even if they think they know it all. What great teaching too from fantastic tutors! I was able to refresh skills I needed to be reminded of and be brought up to date on so much. Importantly it has helped me to recognise my strengths and my weaknesses paving a positive way forward for me in my Career Path. I have been made to feel I have worth. "  DM 19+ ICT learner

" I have matured personally and learned new skills which will help me when looking for employment. Work experience is great and has given me experience in retail and stock control. I would highly recommend this course! " CS 16-19 Study Programme

" The ICT course helped me gain the qualifications I need to improve my employment choices. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants to improve their overall IT confidence. "  DB 19+ ICT learner

" The Functional Skills ICT course has improved my communication skills and developed ICT confidence, especially in spread-sheeting, increasing my chances of getting a job within my chosen profession.  I am coming back in January to do the Business Administration course as I feel the tuition has been great - helping me to learn in a way I can understand. I would definitely recommend this training centre. "  SN 19+ ICT learner

" I first heard about the study programme from a school friend. They said it was good if I wasn't sure what I wanted to do yet. At first, I was a bit scared who would be on the course but even though I didn't know anyone, everyone was very friendly. There are new people joining the course nearly every week which meant I wasn't the new lad for more than a couple of days. I am now studying to get Functional Skills Maths and English and I am also getting a free Business Admin course. After the first two weeks, I was given a works experience opportunity in a local store which helped me practice all the skills I had been learning on the course. " JH 16-19 Study Programme

" I wanted to join the RAF but I wasn't old enough for another  six months. They told me the best thing I could do was to try a study programme in the mean time to improve my Maths and English skills. I joined the Study Programme at NECCTA as it was 5-6 months long and I got a bursary. I have met lots of new friendly people. "  MD 16 - 19 Study Programme
